Zemat Technology Group builds high frequency welders in Poland, with a dedicated platform for almost every job: SIGNA for signage and banners, BELTA for conveyor and sidewall belts, CRYSTAL for clear PVC, MEGA for automotive and medical parts, CORNA for complex 3D shapes, and MAGNA, SUPRA and TARPA for large structures and stretch ceilings. Magnum supplies, installs and services the full range across India.

Where It's Used

High Frequency (HF) Welding Applications Across India

Conveyor belting, dock shelters, automotive parts, clear PVC covers. A dielectric weld does the job on these because stitching and adhesives cannot.

Conveyor & Sidewall Belts

BELTA welders join cleats, sidewalls and profiles onto PVC and TPU belting with repeatable strength.

Dock Shelters & Industrial Doors

Welded curtains and shelters for loading bays and high-traffic industrial doorways.

Automotive & Medical Products

Repeatable dielectric welds for automotive interiors and medical-grade PVC products on the MEGA platform.

Clear PVC & Display Products

CRYSTAL series invisible seams for clear PVC covers, pouches, displays and packaging.

Common Questions

Buying High Frequency (HF) Welding Machinery in India

What materials can HF welding join?

Polar thermoplastics: PVC, TPU, PET-G and coated technical fabrics based on them. Polyethylene and polypropylene do not respond to HF and need hot air or hot wedge instead. If you are unsure, send us a material sample and we will test it.

How is HF welding different from hot air welding?

HF welding heats the material from the inside using a high frequency field, so the weld forms through the full thickness at once. That makes it the right choice for thick assemblies, 3D shapes and clear PVC where a visible seam would ruin the product.

Which Zemat platform fits my product?

It follows from what you make: BELTA for conveyor and sidewall belts, SIGNA for signage and banners, CRYSTAL for clear PVC seams, MEGA for automotive and medical parts, and CORNA or MAGNA for 3D and large structures. Send us your product and material and we will match the platform, then arrange relevant references.

What does installation involve at my site?

We carry out a site survey covering power supply, earthing and layout before dispatch, then our engineers handle installation, start-up and operator training. AMC and genuine Zemat spares are available after handover.
