TARPA LWT Portable High Frequency Welder for Large Structures
A compact, portable HF welder you move to the work, for reinforcement welds on large tarpaulins, tents, tensile structures, pool liners and oil booms. Built in Poland and supplied, installed and supported across India by Magnum Resources.
About this machine
What the TARPA LWT makes
The Zemat TARPA LWT is a portable HF welder for large-format technical textiles. Rather than feeding a huge sheet through a fixed machine, you bring the TARPA LWT to the part and weld reinforcement seams and special joins in place. It is used on tarpaulins, tents, tensile structures, shade systems, truck covers and side curtains, swimming pool liners and covers, oil booms, flood dams, water tanks, airport hangars, portable storage structures, containment pools and ground liners.
Buyers call it a portable HF welder, a mobile high frequency welder, or a tarpaulin welding machine. It complements a larger welder by handling the welds that are awkward to reach on big structures.
Built to move to the work
The machine is deliberately compact and light, with optional wheels and remote control so an operator can position it wherever a weld is needed. A magnetic stainless steel table holds the fabric, the QuickGrip tooling mount changes electrodes quickly, and the welding electrode can run along or across the machine depending on the model. A 10-inch colour HMI with PLC, WCS weld control and ATS autotuning runs the cycles.
What high frequency welding can and cannot join
HF welding works on polar thermoplastics: PVC and PU coated technical textiles, the materials tarpaulins, tents, liners and booms are made from. It does not weld non-polar plastics such as polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE).
Who the TARPA LWT is built for in India
- Large tarpaulin and cover makers: reinforcement welds on big tarpaulins and truck covers.
- Tent and tensile structure fabricators: on-the-spot welds on large membranes and structures.
- Pool liner, oil boom and water tank makers: special joins on large containment products.
Why source the TARPA LWT through Magnum Resources
Magnum Resources is the authorised India partner for Zemat Technology Group. We size the tooling with the factory for your fabrics and welds, manage import and customs, and train your operators at start-up. Wear parts and technical support run through the same contact afterwards.

Take It to the Work
Instead of feeding a huge sheet through a fixed machine, one operator moves the welder to the weld, which is faster for big structures.
Reach
It reaches reinforcement seams on tarpaulins, tents, liners and booms that are awkward to weld on a fixed table.
Quick Setup
A magnetic table, QuickGrip tooling and optional wheels let a single operator set up and weld wherever needed.

Questions Indian buyers ask us

The TARPA LWT is a portable HF welder for reinforcement welds and special joins on large technical-textile structures: tarpaulins, tents, tensile structures, truck covers, pool liners, oil booms, water tanks, hangars and ground liners. Instead of feeding a huge sheet through a fixed machine, you move the TARPA LWT to the part.
Large structures often have welds that are awkward to reach on a fixed table, and moving a big sheet around is slow and needs several people. A compact, movable welder lets one operator take the machine to the weld, which is faster for reinforcement seams and repairs on big products. It complements rather than replaces a large fixed welder.
The TARPA LWT welds polar thermoplastics: PVC and PU coated technical textiles, which is what tarpaulins, tents, liners and booms are made from. It does not weld non-polar plastics such as polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE).
Yes. It is built to be powerful yet compact and lightweight, with optional wheels and remote control, a magnetic stainless steel table and QuickGrip tooling, so an operator can position it wherever a weld is needed.
Buyers are large tarpaulin and cover makers, tent and tensile structure fabricators, and pool liner, oil boom and water tank makers who need on-the-spot welds on big structures.
Typical lead time is around 16 to 20 weeks from the Zemat factory in Poland. Magnum manages import, customs, delivery, installation and operator training at start-up, with spares and support afterwards.
