From 2004
How it started
Magnum started in 2004, founded by people who had spent years in textile machinery and were tired of watching Indian factories buy through layers of middlemen. Represent the makers directly, then build the installation and service to stand behind every machine. The service network was in place before the catalogue grew.

As we grew
Widening the catalogue
We started with one process. A customer who trusted us on that machine asked whether we could source a fabric welder, and later a garment finishing line. Each yes meant signing a new manufacturer and getting our people trained on the machine before the first one shipped.

Going deeper
Covering the whole line
The cutting room came next, spreading and cutting, then warehouse automation. We grew the engineering team at the same time, so our own engineers handled start-up and service rather than an outside contractor. By then a customer could equip most of a plant from one supplier.

Today
Into infrastructure and packaging
Geosynthetic production lines took us into infrastructure work, and strapping lines into packaging. Through the COVID shutdowns we kept the start-up dates we had committed to. That is the part of those years we are proudest of. Today the catalogue runs across industrial fabrics, technical textiles, composites, geosynthetics, architectural membranes and flexible materials.
