About Magnum · Since 2004

Global machinery, made to run on Indian factory floors.

We are the authorised India distributor for machinery makers across Europe, North America and Asia. Plants working industrial fabrics, technical textiles, composites, geosynthetics, architectural membranes and flexible materials come to us for equipment across 8 solution areas, then stay for what comes after the sale: installation, fast-moving spares held in India, and a service line that answers when production stops.

Authorised India distributor for these machinery manufacturers

Who we are

We sign with the manufacturer before we sell you the machine.

Our customers make industrial fabrics, technical textiles, composites, geosynthetics, architectural membranes and flexible materials. Some buy a single machine, some fit out a whole floor.

Our Mission

Make global machinery practical for an Indian plant to own and run.

We find the manufacturers who specialise in cutting, welding, finishing, warehouse automation and geosynthetic production, sign authorised India agreements with them, and handle everything between their factory and yours: import, installation, operator training and the support that follows.

Our Vision

Be the partner Indian manufacturers recommend to each other.

We would rather be the supplier a plant head calls back for their next line, and the name they pass along when a peer asks. That trust is earned on repeat orders.

The Magnum Promise

One team owns your account from the first quote onward.

The people who take your order are the same ones who handle the start-up, the spare parts and the service calls. You will not be passed to a different department once the invoice is paid.

Our journey

Every line we added, a customer asked for first.

Never a plan drawn up in advance. 22 years on, that is still how the catalogue grows.

01 · PHASE From 2004

How it started

Magnum started in 2004, founded by people who had spent years in textile machinery and were tired of watching Indian factories buy through layers of middlemen. Represent the makers directly, then build the installation and service to stand behind every machine. The service network was in place before the catalogue grew.

02 · PHASE As we grew

Widening the catalogue

We started with one process. A customer who trusted us on that machine asked whether we could source a fabric welder, and later a garment finishing line. Each yes meant signing a new manufacturer and getting our people trained on the machine before the first one shipped.

03 · PHASE Going deeper

Covering the whole line

The cutting room came next, spreading and cutting, then warehouse automation. We grew the engineering team at the same time, so our own engineers handled start-up and service rather than an outside contractor. By then a customer could equip most of a plant from one supplier.

04 · PHASE Today

Into infrastructure and packaging

Geosynthetic production lines took us into infrastructure work, and strapping lines into packaging. Through the COVID shutdowns we kept the start-up dates we had committed to. That is the part of those years we are proudest of. Today the catalogue runs across industrial fabrics, technical textiles, composites, geosynthetics, architectural membranes and flexible materials.

Today · 2026 Still the same model. The customers who took a chance on us in the early years are still the ones we build around.
Why buyers choose Magnum

The machine is half the decision. The support behind it is the other half.

Industrial machinery stays on the floor for years, so the partner you buy it from matters as much as the brand on the panel. Four things decide whether that supplier is still useful to you in year five.

Engineering-led sales

Before we quote anything, an engineer walks your floor and looks at your real line constraints. Sometimes that means recommending a smaller machine than you came in asking for. The fit matters more to us than the size of the invoice.

Pan-India service network

We keep field engineers across 22+ states and stock spare parts in Noida, Tirupur and Ahmedabad. A breakdown in your plant should not wait on a part shipping in from overseas.

22+ years, same team

The people who signed our first OEM agreement are still the ones running accounts today. Worth asking any supplier you are comparing us against: who will be handling this account in ten years?

Direct OEM relationships

Our India agreements are signed directly with each manufacturer, not through a sub-distributor. Your pricing, your spares and your warranty run through one company they recognise by name.

Installation, operator training, AMC and spare parts are laid out in full on our after-sales service page.

Leadership team

The team you'll be working with.

Each card carries the role and a direct way to reach that person.

Our values

The principles we use when a decision gets hard

These are the ones that settle an argument internally.

Good Karma icon

Good Karma

If a machine isn't right for a client, we say so. Deals that don't quite work have a way of coming back.

Customer Need is Paramount icon

Customer Need is Paramount

We've turned down principals whose products didn't suit Indian manufacturing conditions. The customer's problem comes first. The product is how we solve it.

Process Trumps Profit icon

Process Trumps Profit

A machine that is installed badly costs more than the margin on the sale. We follow the process even when it is slower.

Focus icon

Focus

Industrial machinery for textile and technical product manufacturers. We know this space well enough to say no to everything else.

People icon

People

Most of our senior team has been here since the early years, several since 2004. We do not think that happens by accident.

Long-term Thinking icon

Long-term Thinking

Every principal we represent, we committed to for the long run. The short-term ones didn't stick.

Talk to leadership

Planning your next machine or line? The earlier you call, the more we can change.

At feasibility stage we can still shape the layout; by the time install dates are being fixed, we are working around decisions already taken. Engineering and after-sales are in that conversation from the start, and so are the people who run the company.
