Buying Cutting Machinery in India

Single-ply or multi-ply: which cutter do I need?

Multi-ply cutting wins on volume per hour, single-ply wins on flexibility and zero-buffer workflows. The right answer depends on your order sizes and style changes per day. Send us your current cutting plan and we will map it to the right FKgroup or LIDEM platform.

Will the cutter work with my existing CAD system?

Yes. FKgroup cutters accept standard cut-file formats from all major pattern-making and nesting software. We verify your file workflow during the pre-order assessment so there are no surprises at start-up.

Are there reference installations in India?

Yes. LIDEM machines supplied by Magnum are in production at Indian home-textile plants, and for FKgroup we arrange demonstrations with the factory so you can evaluate the machine on your own fabrics. Reference visits can be arranged for serious enquiries.

Who installs and services these machines?

Magnum does, with our own factory-trained engineers. Installation, start-up, operator training, AMC and genuine spares are all handled in India.
