SIGNA TB Dual-Table High Frequency Welder
A dual-table HF welder, 10 to 45 kW, that welds the upper table while the operator loads the lower one, for high throughput in a small floor footprint. Built in Poland and supplied, installed and supported across India by Magnum Resources.
About this machine
What the SIGNA TB makes
The Zemat SIGNA TB is a high-throughput, space-saving HF welder for serial production of orthoses and rehabilitation equipment, medical containers such as blood and ostomy bags, automotive parts and assemblies, embossing and clamshell plastic packaging. The point of the machine is output per square metre, achieved by stacking two work tables vertically rather than running a long horizontal shuttle.
Buyers describe it as a dual-table HF welder, a high-throughput high frequency welding machine, or a space-saving HF welder.
The dual-table design
The SIGNA TB uses a vertical, stacked twin-table layout. An operator loads material and tooling on the exposed lower table while the upper table cycles into the shielded press and welds. When the upper weld finishes, the tables exchange: the welded upper table cycles out for unloading and the freshly loaded lower table cycles in. This continuous cycle keeps the HF generator welding nearly 100 percent of the time, with one operator, and takes far less floor space than a long horizontal sliding table.
What high frequency welding can and cannot join
HF welding works on polar thermoplastics: PVC, PU, PET, A-PET and PLA films. Integrated heating also supports difficult materials such as PET and some TPUs. It does not weld non-polar plastics such as polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE), so the SIGNA TB converts to a heat sealer for those.
Who the SIGNA TB is built for in India
- Orthosis and rehabilitation equipment makers: high-volume formed medical products.
- Medical bag producers: blood and ostomy bags at serial volume.
- Automotive component suppliers: parts and assemblies where floor space is tight.
- Packaging and embossing producers: clamshell packs and embossed products.
Why source the SIGNA TB through Magnum Resources
Magnum Resources is the authorised India partner for Zemat Technology Group. We size the power and tooling with the factory for your products and floor space, manage import and customs, and train your operators at start-up. Wear parts and technical support run through the same contact afterwards.

Questions Indian buyers ask us
Real questions from our last 50 enquiries, answered upfront.
The SIGNA TB welds orthoses and rehabilitation equipment, medical bags such as blood and ostomy bags, automotive parts and assemblies, embossing and clamshell packaging. It is built for high-throughput serial production in a small floor footprint.
Two shuttle tables are stacked vertically on one side of the machine. The operator loads the lower table while the upper table is inside the shielded press welding. When the weld finishes, the tables swap, so the press is welding almost continuously with just one operator. Stacking the tables also saves floor space versus a long horizontal shuttle.
HF output runs 10 to 45 kW. The standard pressing plate is 900 by 1,300 mm, with shuttle trays of 1,000 by 1,400 mm. A heated pressing plate up to 160 degrees Celsius supports difficult materials.
Not by high frequency. PP and PE do not heat under an HF field, so the SIGNA TB converts to a standard heat sealer for those materials, while integrated heating supports difficult HF materials such as PET and some TPUs.
Buyers are orthosis and rehabilitation equipment makers, medical bag producers, automotive component suppliers and packaging and embossing producers who need high output where floor space is limited.
Typical lead time is around 16 to 20 weeks from the Zemat factory in Poland. Magnum manages import, customs, delivery, installation and operator training at start-up, with spares and support afterwards.
