SIGNA & SIGNA DUO Shuttle High Frequency Welder
Run serial HF welding of blister packs, medical bags and automotive parts on a single or double shuttle-tray welder from 6 to 20 kW, with heat-sealer conversion for PP and PE. Built in Poland and supplied, installed and supported across India by Magnum Resources.
About this machine
What the SIGNA and SIGNA DUO make
The Zemat SIGNA series is a flat-bed shuttle HF welder for serial production of formed plastic and coated-fabric products: blister and clamshell packaging, medical containers such as blood and ostomy bags, laboratory and rehabilitation equipment, automotive parts and assemblies, office accessories and promotional items. The single-tray SIGNA and double-tray SIGNA DUO use pneumatically driven side-load trays so loading and welding overlap.
Buyers call it a shuttle HF welder, a blister packaging welder, a medical bag welding machine or simply a high frequency welding machine.
Single or double tray, and heat-seal conversion
SIGNA runs one shuttle tray; SIGNA DUO runs two, so the operator loads one side while the other welds, which lifts output on long runs. A heated electrode plate up to 160 degrees Celsius helps weld hard PVC and PET foils and PU foams consistently. The machine converts to a standard heat sealer for materials HF welding cannot join, such as PP and PE, so one machine covers both processes. Each tray stores up to 1000 weld recipes.
What high frequency welding can and cannot join
HF welding works on polar thermoplastics: PVC, PU, PET, A-PET and PLA films. It does not weld non-polar plastics such as polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE), which is exactly why the SIGNA offers a heat-seal conversion for those materials.
Who the SIGNA is built for in India
- Blister and clamshell packaging producers: retail and industrial packs in PVC, PET-G and A-PET.
- Medical device and bag makers: blood and ostomy bags, laboratory and rehabilitation equipment.
- Automotive component suppliers: welded parts and assemblies.
- Stationery and promotional producers: covers, folders and promotional items.
Why source the SIGNA through Magnum Resources
Magnum Resources is the authorised India partner for Zemat Technology Group. We help you choose SIGNA or SIGNA DUO and the right power, size the tooling with the factory, manage import and customs, and train your operators at start-up. Wear parts and technical support run through the same contact afterwards.

HF Power Output
Power from 6 to 20 kW handles everything from small medical bags to larger automotive and packaging parts.
Shuttle Throughput
The SIGNA DUO double tray lets an operator load one side while the other welds, lifting output on long serial runs.
PP / PE Conversion
Convert the same machine to a heat sealer for PP and PE, so one unit covers both HF welding and heat sealing.

Questions Indian buyers ask us
Real questions from our last 50 enquiries, answered upfront.
The SIGNA and SIGNA DUO weld blister and clamshell packaging, medical containers such as blood and ostomy bags, laboratory and rehabilitation equipment, automotive parts and assemblies, and office and promotional items. They are flat-bed shuttle welders built for serial production.
SIGNA has a single shuttle work tray; SIGNA DUO has two. With two trays the operator loads one side while the other is welding inside the shielded press, which raises output on long runs. Both come in 6, 10, 15 or 20 kW.
Not by high frequency, because PP and PE are non-polar and do not heat under an HF field. However, the SIGNA converts easily to a standard heat sealer, which does join PP and PE, so one machine covers both HF welding and heat sealing.
By high frequency it welds PVC, PU, PET, A-PET and PLA films, which covers blister film, medical-grade film and many automotive materials. A heated electrode plate up to 160 degrees Celsius improves consistency on hard PVC and PET foils and PU foams.
Buyers are blister and clamshell packaging producers, medical device and bag makers, automotive component suppliers, and stationery and promotional producers running serial batches.
Typical lead time is around 16 to 20 weeks from the Zemat factory in Poland. Magnum manages import, customs, delivery, installation and operator training at start-up, with spares and support afterwards.
