CRYSTAL Series High Frequency Welder for Clear PVC & Invisible Seams
Make practically invisible seams in crystal clear PVC for cinema screens, transparent blinds, curtains and awnings, on a 1 to 4 kW traveling welder with a 6 m table. The Zemat CRYSTAL series is built in Poland and supplied, installed and supported across India by Magnum Resources.
About this machine
What the CRYSTAL series makes
The Zemat CRYSTAL series is built around one job: joining crystal clear PVC film with a seam you can barely see. Using Invisible Seam technology and special electrodes, it makes a strong, ultra-thin weld and flattens it, so the finished product stays transparent. That makes it the machine for clear PVC windows, rollup transparent walls and curtains, cinema and projection screens, home theatre screens, pergolas with omega profiles and zippers, awnings, shades and blinds, and PVC or PU coated technical textiles.
Buyers search for this as a clear PVC welding machine, an invisible seam welding machine, a transparent PVC welder, or a cinema screen welding machine. If your product has to stay see-through across the weld, this is the series that does it.
CRYSTAL and CRYSTAL ECO: which one fits
There are two machines in the series. CRYSTAL is the automatic traveling welder: a 6 m work table (4 m working space with the head parked), a traveling head that welds, cuts and flattens in automatic cycles, a worktable vacuum section and magnetic holders for positioning the film, plus front and rear guiding trays and a laser guide. It is delivered fully assembled and ready to use, with no site installation required. CRYSTAL ECO is the economical version: a two-stage process (HF weld and cut, then flatten and press) on a manual sliding table that takes any width of roll, with a C-frame steel structure and welding bars from 200 to 670 mm. ECO suits a lower budget or lower volume; CRYSTAL suits a production line that needs speed and repeatability.
Built for clear-PVC and technical-textile makers in India
The CRYSTAL series suits cinema and projection screen manufacturers, fabricators of transparent PVC blinds and curtains for restaurants, cafes, balconies and patios, awning, pergola and shade-system makers, and tent, truck cover and technical-textile producers who want an invisible finish. It welds PVC, PU, TPU and reinforced technical textiles, and optional tooling adds zipper, keder and omega-profile welding.
What high frequency welding can and cannot join
HF welding works on polar thermoplastics: clear and coated PVC, polyurethane (PU and TPU) and reinforced technical fabrics. It does not weld non-polar plastics such as polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE). For transparent products the material is almost always clear PVC film, which welds cleanly on the CRYSTAL.
Why source the CRYSTAL series through Magnum Resources
Magnum Resources is the authorised India partner for Zemat Technology Group. One team handles the whole chain: choosing CRYSTAL or CRYSTAL ECO for your products and volume, sizing the tooling with the Zemat factory, managing import and customs, and training your operators at start-up. Wear parts and technical support run through the same contact afterwards. If you make cinema screens, transparent blinds or clear PVC products and the visible seam is the problem, talk to our engineers.

Seam Technology
A very thin weld, flattened with a dedicated electrode, leaves the join in clear PVC practically invisible, which is the whole point for screens and transparent blinds.
Work Table Length
The CRYSTAL 6 m table welds wide cinema screens and transparent walls in one pass, with the traveling head handling weld, cut and flatten automatically.
Automatic or Economical
Choose the automatic CRYSTAL for line speed and repeatability, or the manual-table CRYSTAL ECO for a lower budget or lower volume.

The CRYSTAL series makes practically invisible seams in crystal clear PVC. With special tooling it forms a strong, ultra-thin weld and flattens it so the join stays transparent. That is what you need for clear PVC windows, rollup transparent walls and curtains, cinema and projection screens, pergolas, awnings, shades and blinds, and PVC or PU coated technical textiles.
CRYSTAL is the automatic traveling welder: a 6 m work table, a traveling head that welds, cuts and flattens in automatic cycles, a vacuum table and magnetic holders for positioning, and it arrives fully assembled and ready to use. CRYSTAL ECO is the economical version: a two-stage process (HF weld and cut, then flatten and press) on a manual sliding table that takes any roll width, with a C-frame steel structure. CRYSTAL is for production speed and repeatability; ECO is for a lower budget or lower volume.
A normal HF weld leaves a visible overlap or line. Invisible Seam technology makes a very thin linear weld and then flattens it with a dedicated electrode, so on transparent PVC the join is practically invisible. It is the reason the CRYSTAL is used for cinema screens and clear blinds, where a visible seam would spoil the product.
The CRYSTAL series welds clear PVC film, PVC and PU coated fabrics, TPU and reinforced technical textiles. CRYSTAL has a 6 m work table with 4 m of working space, and the electrode can be up to 670 mm long. CRYSTAL ECO uses a manual sliding table of any dimensions, which makes it practical for wide rolls, with welding bars from 200 to 670 mm.
Yes. With optional tooling both machines can weld zippers and keder and embed omega profiles, which is useful for pergolas, tensile structures and shade systems. The CRYSTAL also uses a dedicated flattening electrode that doubles for omega profiles and standard linear welds.
The main buyers are cinema and projection screen manufacturers, fabricators of transparent PVC blinds and curtains for restaurants, cafes, balconies and patios, awning, pergola and shade-system makers, and tent, truck cover and technical-textile producers who need an invisible finish on clear PVC.
Output is smoothly adjustable from 1 kW to 4 kW, matched to thin clear-PVC film rather than heavy materials. The CRYSTAL automatic traveling welder is delivered fully assembled and ready to use, with no site installation needed. Magnum still handles delivery, positioning and operator training so your team is productive from day one.
Typical lead time is around 16 to 20 weeks: build and EMC testing at the Zemat factory in Poland, then sea freight and customs into India. Magnum Resources manages the import, customs clearance, delivery and operator training at start-up. Spares and technical support stay with the same Magnum contact after the machine is brought online.
