RINGA High Frequency PVC Eyelet Welding Machine
Weld PVC eyelets onto banners, tarpaulins, tents and technical textiles with an automated pneumatic feed, in sizes from 11/27 to 19/43 mm. Built in Poland and supplied, installed and supported across India by Magnum Resources.
About this machine
What the RINGA eyelet welder makes
The Zemat RINGA welds plastic PVC eyelets onto coated technical textiles. It is used to reinforce holes in banners, building wraps, outdoor advertising, tarpaulins, tents, billboards, tensile structures, netting and water-sport equipment. The pneumatic feed and punch press make it a high-volume tool, and a single weld cycle covers up to 600 square centimetres in a line or curved shape.
Buyers call this a PVC eyelet welding machine, a plastic eyelet welder, or a banner eyelet machine. It is the HF route to a reinforced hole that will not pull out.
Welded PVC eyelets vs metal grommets
A metal grommet is clamped to the fabric and can tear through under load, and it rusts and stains over time. A welded PVC eyelet fuses with the fabric so it becomes part of the sheet, which gives much higher tensile strength, especially in mesh. PVC eyelets need no hemming, work on single-layer vinyl, can be placed almost invisibly on the back of a banner, will not rust, and come clear, grey or white (other colours on request).
Who the RINGA is built for in India
- Banner and outdoor advertising producers: reinforced eyelets on vinyl banners and billboards.
- Tarpaulin and cover makers: strong tie-down points on tarpaulins and truck covers.
- Tent and tensile structure fabricators: eyelets on tents, shade systems and netting.
- Building wrap and signage producers: reinforced fixing holes on large-format wraps.
Why source the RINGA through Magnum Resources
Magnum Resources is the authorised India partner for Zemat Technology Group. We size the eyelet tooling and electrodes with the factory for your eyelet sizes and fabrics, manage import and customs, and train your operators at start-up. Wear parts and technical support run through the same contact afterwards.

Who the RINGA is built for in India
An HF welder that fuses PVC eyelets onto banners, tarpaulins and tents, far stronger than metal grommets. Find your fit below.
Banner & Outdoor Advertising Producers
Weld rust-free PVC eyelets onto vinyl banners and billboards, placed almost invisibly and far stronger than metal.
Tarpaulin & Cover Makers
Add strong, weldable tie-down eyelets to tarpaulins and truck covers without hemming or metal grommets.
Tent & Tensile Structure Fabricators
Make on-the-spot welds on large tents, membranes and tensile structures without moving the whole sheet.
Building Wrap & Signage Producers
Weld reinforced fixing holes on large-format building wraps and signage that hold high pull forces.

Pull Strength vs Grommets
A welded PVC eyelet fuses with the fabric and becomes part of the sheet, holding far higher pull forces than a clamped metal grommet, especially in mesh.
Weather-Proof Eyelets
PVC eyelets will not rust or stain the banner, need no hemming, and can be placed almost invisibly on the back.
Pneumatic Feed
Automated feeding and punching makes the RINGA a high-volume tool for production banner and tarpaulin work.

The RINGA welds plastic PVC eyelets onto coated technical textiles, reinforcing holes in banners, building wraps, tarpaulins, tents, billboards, tensile structures and netting. An automated pneumatic press feeds and welds the eyelets for high-volume production.
A welded PVC eyelet fuses with the fabric and becomes part of the sheet, so it holds much higher pull forces and will not tear through, especially in mesh. It needs no hemming, works on single-layer vinyl, can be placed almost invisibly, and will not rust or stain the way metal grommets do.
The RINGA welds common sizes such as 11/27, 13/32, 15/37 and 19/43 mm (inside/outside diameter) using custom electrodes. It is designed to work with Carmo PVC eyelets, which are used worldwide for outdoor banner and tarpaulin reinforcement.
The RINGA works on PVC, PET and PU coated technical textiles, the materials banners, tarpaulins and tents are made from. As with all HF welding, it does not bond non-polar plastics such as polypropylene or polyethylene.
Buyers are banner and outdoor advertising producers, tarpaulin and cover makers, tent and tensile structure fabricators, and building wrap and signage producers who want strong, rust-free reinforced holes.
Typical lead time is around 16 to 20 weeks from the Zemat factory in Poland. Magnum manages import, customs, delivery, installation and operator training at start-up, with eyelet tooling, spares and support through the same contact afterwards.
