About this machine

What the Tecno Freccia cuts

The Tecno Freccia is an automatic fabric cutting machine that cuts a single ply or a low, compressed lay of up to 25 mm on a continuous conveyor table. It takes your CAD nesting files (ISO, HPGL, DXF and DWG), then cuts the parts automatically with the Just Cut software, so there is no manual marker-making and no hand cutting. Working areas run from 180 by 180 cm up to 320 by 240 cm, and you can choose a double 4 kW turbine, a double 5.5 kW turbine for stronger suction, or a compact single 11 kW turbine on a shorter 3.67 m frame.

Buyers know this type of machine by many names. The Tecno Freccia answers searches for an automatic fabric cutter, a single-ply cutting machine, a CNC fabric cutting machine, an automatic cloth cutting machine, a composite cutting machine and a technical textile cutter. If you searched for any of those, this is the machine that does the work.

Built for small and mid-size productions

FK Group designed the Tecno Freccia for small and medium production runs rather than high-volume garment mass production. It suits a plant that cuts varied materials in modest batches and wants the accuracy of automatic cutting without the footprint or cost of a high-ply spreader-cutter line. The Non-Stop Cutting System lets the table keep cutting as material advances on the conveyor, so long or continuous pieces run without stopping the machine.

Because the turbines run at a reduced frequency and feed a double impeller, the table holds the material down with strong, even suction while keeping noise to around 72 dB and average power draw from 4.9 kW. For a small floor with people working nearby, that combination of quiet running and low energy matters.

Automatic cutting vs manual and die cutting

Cutting rooms still relying on hand cutting or fixed dies move to an automatic cutter for clear reasons. The Tecno Freccia cuts every part to the same shape every time, so quality no longer depends on the operator's hand or a worn die. It cuts straight from the CAD file, which removes the slow, error-prone step of drawing and cutting markers by hand. And one table handles many materials, so you are not buying or storing a separate die for every part.

  • Repeatable accuracy: automatic cutting gives the same part shape on every cut, across long runs.
  • No marker-making: it cuts directly from ISO, HPGL, DXF and DWG files, with no hand marking.
  • Material range: one table cuts technical textiles, composites, foam and leather, so there is no tooling to change.
  • Low running cost: reduced-frequency turbines and efficient suction keep power draw and noise down.
  • Right-sized: built for small and mid-size runs, not oversized for a modest cutting room.

Industries that use the Tecno Freccia

One table serves almost any plant that cuts flat material to shape in low volumes. FK Group lists the Tecno Freccia across:

  • Composites and advanced materials: carbon fibre, fibreglass and laminated reinforcement for automotive, aeronautics and marine parts.
  • Technical textiles: coated fabrics, filtration media, protective clothing and industrial textile components.
  • Automotive and transport: interior trim, upholstery panels and insulation.
  • Furniture and bedding: foam, mattress panels and upholstery covers.
  • Construction and nautical: membranes, covers and sail or awning material.
  • Defence and protective clothing: ballistic, fire-retardant and technical garment parts.
  • Medical: textile components for medical and orthopaedic products.

Why source the Tecno Freccia through Magnum Resources

As FK Group's authorised distributor in India, Magnum Resources takes a single-table import off your plate. The factory has built cutters in Italy since 1961, and we speak to its engineers directly when we work out the right working area and turbine option for your materials. From there we own the order, the shipping and the customs paperwork, put the table on your floor and run your operators through the Just Cut software. Service does not pass to a third party once the machine is in.

If you are evaluating an automatic fabric cutting machine for a composites, technical-textile, foam or leather operation in India, talk to our engineers about your materials, batch sizes and floor space. We will give you accurate specs, an honest lead time and a configured quotation.

What this machine saves you

The numbers Indian manufacturers use to justify the CAPEX internally.

From 4.9kW

Average Power Draw

Twin reduced-frequency turbines and efficient double-impeller suction keep running cost and noise (72 dB) low for an automatic cutter of this size.

Zero

Manual Marking & Knife Error

The conveyor table cuts straight from your CAD files (ISO, HPGL, DXF, DWG), so it removes hand marker-making and the offcuts that come with manual cutting.

One

Table For Every Material

Carbon fibre, coated technical fabric, foam, leather and laminate run on the same table, so a small plant does not need a separate cutter for each material.

FAQs

Questions Indian buyers ask us

Real questions from our last 50 enquiries, answered upfront.

It suits small and mid-size operations that cut flat material to shape: composite and carbon-fibre shops, technical-textile and coated-fabric makers, foam, mattress and upholstery producers, and job cutters moving off manual or die cutting. It is built for varied materials in modest batches rather than high-volume garment mass production.

FK Group rates it for technical textiles, PVC, fibreglass, carbon fibre, laminated fabric and a range of foams and leather. One table handles all of them, so you do not need a separate cutter or die for each material.

It is a single and low-ply cutter. The maximum compressed lay height is 25 mm, which is why it is so versatile across composites, technical fabric, foam and leather. For high-ply garment spreading you would look at a different FK Group line, and our team can advise.

Working areas run from 180 by 180 cm up to 320 by 240 cm. You can choose a double 4 kW turbine as standard, a double 5.5 kW turbine for stronger suction, or a compact single 11 kW turbine on a shorter 3.67 m frame. We size the right combination with the factory based on your materials and floor space.

The Tecno Freccia cuts every part to the same shape from your CAD file, so accuracy no longer depends on the operator or a worn die. It removes hand marker-making and the offcuts that come with manual cutting, and a single table replaces a shelf of dies because it cuts many materials and shapes without tooling changes.

It runs on FK Group's Just Cut software with a Non-Stop Cutting System for long or continuous material. It reads ISO, HPGL, DXF and DWG files, so it fits straight into a workflow that already uses CAD nesting.

Price depends on the working area, turbine option and accessories, so we quote each project individually. Typical lead time is around 12 to 16 weeks including manufacture, sea freight and customs, after which Magnum coordinates installation and operator training in India.

Magnum is the authorised India distributor for FK Group. We source the machine from the factory, manage freight and customs, coordinate installation and start-up with OEM-backed engineers, train your operators on the Just Cut software, and supply genuine blades, bristles and wear parts to order. You keep one point of contact throughout.
