THE Laser 2.0 creates distressing, abrasion, whisker and graphic effects on denim garments using a laser beam. No water, no chemicals, no manual scraping or stone washing. The machine runs CREA design software, which lets operators program effect patterns digitally and replicate them consistently across every piece in a production run. DyeMate is Tonello's patented garment dyeing system. It automates the application cycle for three dye types: indigo (for denim), VAT dyes and sulfur dyes. The system controls dye concentration, application timing and process conditions automatically, removing the variability that comes with manual dye bath management. EGO (Enhanced Garment Ozonation) combines three technologies in one machine: ozone dissolved in water for wet ozone finishing, ozone applied in air for dry ozone effects, and Tonello's patented OBleach process for controlled surface decoloration. Together they produce a wider range of finishing effects than single-method ozone systems. CORE 2.0 applies dyes and finishing products as a micro-mist (nebulisation) rather than in a conventional bath. Tonello states the system saves up to 80% on chemical products compared to standard processing. Water consumption is also reduced because the process does not require a full immersion bath.
