Tonello The Laser C Conveyor Garment Laser Machine
Put fades, designs and branding onto knitwear and denim while a conveyor keeps the work moving, so finishing runs as a flow instead of one piece at a time. The Tonello The Laser C is built in Italy with power up to 900 W, supplied, installed and supported across India by Magnum Resources.
About this machine
What The Laser C does
The Tonello The Laser C is a conveyor-belt garment laser machine. A conveyor carries garments through the laser one after another, so it marks fades, distressing, designs and branding as a continuous production flow. It also runs in a traditional fixed-table mode when you need it, is especially indicated for the knitwear sector, and suits denim too. Five power options, from 115 to 900 W, and Tonello's MAGO and METRO technologies set how hard and how fast it works.
Buyers ask for this machine under different labels, so search terms vary from one factory to the next. Whether your shortlist says garment laser machine, conveyor laser machine, knitwear laser machine, continuous laser finishing machine, textile laser machine or denim laser machine, the machine behind the name is The Laser C.
Built for volume finishing
The Laser C is for finishers running real volume rather than samples: knitwear and t-shirt finishers, high-volume denim production, continuous garment finishing lines, and producers putting branding or allover patterns on garments. The conveyor and the rapid loading, unloading and handling are what make it a production machine, and the CREA software turns a design into a file that repeats exactly down the run. Loading at one end while the laser works keeps the line moving.
Where the fixed-table The Laser TM suits piece work and three-dimensional effects on a mannequin, the Laser C is the conveyor machine for throughput, and at up to 900 W it carries the most power in the Tonello laser range. Our team helps you choose between them on your mix of work.
Continuous laser finishing vs static-table laser and hand finishing
Finishing garments by hand, with sanding, potassium permanganate spray and bleach, uses water and chemicals and exposes workers to dust and fumes. Laser does the same fades and designs with light: no water, no chemicals, and the result repeats from a digital file. The Laser C then adds throughput on top: a static-table laser finishes one garment at a time, while the conveyor feeds a steady stream, which is what a knitwear or high-volume denim line needs to keep finishing in step with the rest of production.
- Continuous: the conveyor feeds garments through one after another for production volume.
- Waterless: the laser marks the fabric with light, so there is no process water or effluent.
- Chemical-free: no PP spray, bleach or resin for the fade itself.
- High power: up to 900 W, the top of the range, for heavier effects and faster cycles.
- Repeatable: CREA applies the same design across the whole run.
Industries that use The Laser C
Any plant that finishes garments in volume is a fit. Tonello builds The Laser C for:
- Knitwear and t-shirts: fades, branding and patterns on knit garments.
- Denim and jeans: high-volume fades, whiskers and distressing.
- Fashion and casualwear: allover patterns and graphics on garments.
- Sportswear and athleisure: branding and design effects at production speed.
- Garment finishing and laundries: continuous laser as part of the line.
- Private label and contract finishing: repeatable looks across large runs.
Why source The Laser C through Magnum Resources
Magnum Resources is the authorised India partner for Tonello, the Italian garment-finishing specialist. The right power option and whether you run mainly knitwear or denim shape the configuration, so we settle that with the factory first. We bring the machine in, clear customs, install it on your floor and train your team on the CREA software. After that, optics and service stay with our team here, not an overseas desk.
If you are weighing up a conveyor laser machine or a continuous garment-finishing laser for a knitwear, denim or fashion operation in India, talk to our engineers about your garment mix, the effects you want and your output targets. You will get real specs, a lead time we can stand behind and a quotation built around your configuration.

Laser fades, branding and patterns onto knit garments continuously, the sector the Laser C is built for.
High-Volume Denim Production
Run fades, whiskers and distressing on jeans at production speed on a conveyor, with power up to 900 W.
Continuous Garment Finishing Lines
Slot laser into a finishing line with continuous conveyor feed and rapid loading, so it keeps pace with production.
Branding & Allover Pattern Producers
Apply logos, branding and allover patterns from a CREA file, identical across a whole run.

Continuous Throughput
A conveyor belt feeds garments through one after another, so the Laser C is built for production volume rather than lasering one piece at a time on a static table.
Laser Power
Five power options from 115 to 900 W, the top of the Tonello laser range, let you push heavier effects and faster cycles than a lower-power laser can manage.
No Water Or Chemicals
The laser marks fades and designs with light, so it replaces the water, potassium permanganate spray and hand-sanding of traditional knitwear and denim finishing.

It suits finishers running real volume rather than samples: knitwear and t-shirt finishers, high-volume denim production, continuous garment finishing lines, and producers putting branding or allover patterns on garments. The conveyor is what makes it a production machine.
The Laser TM works on a fixed table and oblique mannequins for piece work and three-dimensional effects, up to 600 W. The Laser C adds a conveyor belt for continuous, high-throughput finishing and goes up to 900 W. The C is the production machine, the TM the piece and sampling machine, and many shops run both.
Five: K0 at 115 W, K at 200 W, K1 at 300 W, K2 at 600 W and K3 at 900 W. Higher power suits heavier effects and faster cycles. We help you pick the right intensity for your garments with the factory.
Hand-sanding, potassium permanganate spray and bleach use water and chemicals, add to effluent and expose workers to dust and fumes. The laser does the same fades and designs with light: no water, no chemicals for the fade, and the design repeats exactly from a digital file across the whole run.
Yes. It is especially indicated for the knitwear sector and is well suited to denim thanks to its flexibility, so a finisher working across both can run them on the same machine.
Price depends on the power option and configuration, so we quote each project individually. Typical lead time is around 12 to 16 weeks including manufacture, freight and customs, after which Magnum coordinates installation and operator training in India.
