Miller Weldmaster 112 Extreme Large-Format Hot Air Fabric Welding Machine
Weld thermoplastic fabric panels up to 3 m wide into strong, waterproof seams at up to 20 m/min, on an automated table with vacuum hold, laser alignment and a traversing welding head. The Miller Weldmaster 112 Extreme is built in the USA, supplied, installed and supported across India by Magnum Resources.
About this machine
What the 112 Extreme welds
The Miller Weldmaster 112 Extreme is a large-format hot air fabric welding machine. Heated air softens two layers of thermoplastic fabric while a traversing head and pressure fuse them into a continuous, waterproof seam. It welds at up to 20 m/min, takes a throat up to 3 m wide built to your specification, and reaches 730°C, so it closes the long seams on wide panels that a compact bench welder has to split into sections.
Buyers know this machine by many names. The 112 Extreme answers searches for a thermoplastic welding machine, a large-format fabric welding machine, a hot air welding machine, a PVC fabric welding machine, an automatic fabric welding table and a tent, awning or banner welding machine. If you searched for any of those, this is the machine that does the work.
Built for wide, large-format panels
This is the automated table in the Miller Weldmaster range, built around big panels rather than portability. A vacuum track holds the fabric flat, laser lights set the line, and a digitally controlled traversing head runs the weld from a touch screen, so a seam two or three metres long comes out as straight and even as a short one. It is built to length to fit your shop and your product, with a rotary cutter for cut-to-length work and material-handling tables to make loading wide rolls manageable.
It suits fabricators who weld wide thermoplastic fabric every day: tent and structure makers, awning and canopy shops, banner and billboard printers finishing large-format work, and builders of architectural and tensile membranes.
Large-format table vs a compact bench, portable or RF welder
Miller Weldmaster makes four welders, and they do different jobs. The 112 Extreme is the large-format hot-air table for wide panels and long seam runs. The T300 Flex is a compact hot air and hot wedge bench for narrower, mixed work. The Triad Extreme is a 25 kg portable hot-wedge welder that travels to the seam. The RFlex uses radio-frequency energy for sealed PVC, PU and TPU welds. If your panels are wide and your seams are long, the 112 Extreme is the right tool, and our engineers will help you confirm it.
- Large-format: a throat up to 3 m wide, built to your specification, for wide panels in one pass.
- Fast: continuous hot-air seams at up to 20 m/min.
- Automated: vacuum hold, laser alignment and a digitally controlled traversing head.
- Versatile seams: butt, hem, keder, overlap and other configurations on one table.
- Right tool: 112 Extreme for wide panels; T300 for mixed bench work; Triad for portable; RFlex for RF.
Industries that use the 112 Extreme
Any operation that welds wide thermoplastic fabric is a fit. Miller Weldmaster lists the 112 Extreme across:
- Tents and structures: tents, clear-span buildings, shelters and pergolas.
- Awnings and shades: awnings, canopies, shades and tension structures.
- Signage: banners, billboards and large-format signs.
- Architectural membranes: tensile structures, facades and pool covers.
- Curtains and covers: truck side curtains, agricultural and gymnasium curtains, tarpaulins and covers.
- Specialist: athletic mats, screens, roller doors and aerospace technical fabric.
Why source the 112 Extreme through Magnum Resources
Magnum Resources is Miller Weldmaster's authorised India partner, working directly with the US factory. Because the 112 Extreme is built to length, the throat width, seam types and power supply all need to be right before it is made, so we confirm them with the factory first. We bring it in, clear customs, set it up on your floor and train your team on the touch-screen controls. Nozzles, belts and service then come back to us rather than overseas.
If you are evaluating a large-format fabric welding machine or a hot-air welder for tents, awnings, signage or membrane work in India, talk to our engineers about your panel width, material and seam types. We will give you accurate specs, an honest lead time and a configured quotation.
Who the 112 Extreme is built for in India
A large-format hot air welder that fuses wide thermoplastic fabric panels into strong, waterproof seams, whether you make tents, awnings, banners or architectural membranes. Find where you fit below.
Tent, Shelter & Structure Fabricators
Weld wide thermoplastic panels for tents, clear-span buildings and shelters into waterproof seams on one automated table.
Awning, Canopy & Pergola Makers
Close long awning, canopy and pergola seams at speed, with laser-aligned welds that stay straight across wide panels.
Banner, Billboard & Signage Producers
Finish large-format banners, billboards and signage with clean welded hems and pockets instead of stitched or taped edges.
Architectural & Tensile Membrane Builders
Weld wide PVC and coated-fabric membranes for tensile structures and facades, with repeatable seams built to your panel width.

Welding Speed
Welds continuous seams at up to 20 m/min, so the long seams on tents, awnings and architectural panels close far faster than working them by hand with a hot-air gun.
Panel Throat Width
A throat up to 3 m wide, built to your specification, takes large-format panels in a single pass instead of splitting them into narrow sections.
Vacuum, Laser & Traverse
A vacuum table holds the fabric, laser lights set the line and a digitally controlled head runs the weld, so results stay repeatable without hand-guiding the seam.

Questions Indian buyers ask us
Real questions from our last 50 enquiries, answered upfront.
It suits fabricators who weld wide thermoplastic fabric: tent, shelter and structure makers, awning, canopy and pergola shops, banner, billboard and signage printers finishing large-format work, and builders of architectural and tensile membranes. If your panels are wide and your seams are long, this is the welder for the job.
It is a hot air welder. Heated air softens two layers of thermoplastic fabric, then a traversing head and pressure fuse them into a continuous, waterproof seam. It is not a radio-frequency or hot-wedge machine; for those, see the Miller Weldmaster RFlex and the Triad Extreme.
The throat is built up to 3 m (118") wide to your specification, and the table length is customizable, so it takes large-format panels in a single pass instead of splitting them into narrow sections. That wide throat is the main difference from the compact T300 Flex bench, which has a 1 m throat.
It welds at up to 20 m/min and reaches a hot-air temperature of 730°C (1,350°F). The weld cycle runs up to about 15 seconds depending on the application, seam width and material. That is far faster and more consistent than working a long seam by hand with a hot-air gun.
Many fabricators run more than one, and we help you choose.
It welds thermoplastic coated fabric including PVC, vinyl and acrylic. A vacuum table, laser alignment and a rotary cutter support 11 seam configurations: butt, channel, coverstrip, fin, flat seam tube, hem, hem with pocket, hem with rope, keder, overlap and extrusion beading.
Price depends on the throat width, seam configuration and power supply, because the machine is built to length, so we quote each project individually. Typical lead time is around 12 to 16 weeks including manufacture, freight and customs, after which Magnum coordinates installation and operator training in India.
Magnum is the authorised India partner for Miller Weldmaster. We confirm the build specification with the factory, manage freight and customs, coordinate installation and start-up with OEM-backed engineers, train your operators on the touch-screen controls, and supply genuine nozzles, belts and wear parts to order. You keep one point of contact throughout.
