The Miller Weldmaster T300 KederMax is a dedicated keder welding machine. Keder is the beaded edge on a fabric panel: a cord wrapped in a welded flap of material that slides into a keder rail or track to hold the panel to a frame. The KederMax welds that flap around the cord with hot air or hot wedge, runs at up to 30 m/min, and rewinds the finished keder onto an even roll. Quick-change guides let it make both single and double flap keder on the one machine.

Keder is the beaded edge on a fabric panel: a cord wrapped in a welded flap of material that slides into a keder rail or track to hold the panel to a frame. The T300 KederMax welds that flap around the cord and rewinds the finished keder onto an even roll, making both single and double flap keder.
It welds with hot air, hot wedge, or both, at up to 30 m/min with a seam width of 10 to 50 mm. It is not a radio-frequency machine; for RF welds of PVC, PU and TPU, see the Miller Weldmaster RFlex.
Single flap keder has the cord wrapped in one welded flap, for an edge that slides into a single rail. Double flap keder has flaps that let a join or a two-sided fitting sit in the rail. The KederMax makes both, and you switch between them with quick-change guides rather than a different machine.
An unwind system feeds the material at a steady, accurate rate, and an oscillating rewind lays the finished keder down evenly so the roll does not build up unevenly or jam. A touch screen stores recipes, so a setting that works is recalled rather than dialled in by hand each run.

The T300 Flex is the general hot air and hot wedge bench for seams and hems. The 112 Extreme is the large-format table for wide panels. It welds PVC and coated thermoplastic fabric into keder, and it also welds overlaps and other seams, so it is not limited to keder alone. Hot air reaches up to 730°C and hot wedge up to 450°C, with a seam width of 10 to 50 mm.
Price depends on the flap type, weld method, duty rating and any custom build, so we quote each project individually. Typical lead time is around 12 to 16 weeks including manufacture, freight and customs, after which Magnum coordinates installation and operator training in India.
