About this machine

What the T600 Flex welds

The Miller Weldmaster T600 Flex is a wide-throat hot air and hot wedge welding machine. Hot air softens the coated fabric, or a heated wedge runs between the layers, and pressure fuses them into a continuous, waterproof seam. Its 2.03 m throat is what sets it apart: it welds far wider fabric than a standard bench, at up to 30 m/min, on a 680 kg solid-steel frame built for multiple-shift production.

Buyers know this machine by many names. The T600 Flex answers searches for a hot air welding machine, a hot wedge welding machine, a wide fabric welding machine, a heavy-duty or industrial fabric welding machine and a PVC, tent or tarpaulin welding machine. If you searched for any of those, this is the machine that does the work.

Built for wide fabric and multiple-shift work

This is the wide, heavy-duty member of the Miller Weldmaster Flex bench range. Where the T300 Flex covers narrower work with a 1 m throat, the T600 doubles that to 2.03 m, so wide panels go through in one pass instead of being split and joined. Dual arms set up straight or curved seams, inboard and outboard fabric pullers move wide material through cleanly, and 14 seam configurations change over with quick guide swaps. A touch screen stores 25 recipes for repeatable settings, and the solid-steel frame is built to run shift after shift.

It suits fabricators who weld wide coated fabric in volume: large tent and shelter makers, big cover and tarpaulin producers, wide curtain and roller-door makers, and inflatable and containment-boom fabricators.

The wide T600 vs the T300 bench, the 112 table and the RF welders

Miller Weldmaster builds several welders, and they do different jobs. The T600 Flex is the wide-throat hot air and hot wedge bench for wide fabric and multiple-shift runs. The T300 Flex is the compact version with a 1 m throat for narrower work. The 112 Extreme is a large-format automated table with a vacuum bed and a traversing head. The RFlex welders use radio frequency for sealed PVC, PU and TPU welds, and the Triad is a portable hot-wedge unit. If your fabric is wide and your runs are long, the T600 Flex is the right tool, and our engineers will help you confirm it.

  • Wide throat: 2.03 m, about double the T300, for wide panels in one pass.
  • Two methods: hot air to 730°C and hot wedge to 450°C on one machine.
  • Built to last: a 680 kg solid-steel frame for multiple-shift production.
  • Wide-fabric handling: dual arms and inboard and outboard fabric pullers.
  • Right tool: T600 for wide bench work; T300 for narrower; 112 for the automated table; RFlex for RF.

Industries that use the T600 Flex

Any operation that welds wide coated fabric is a fit. Miller Weldmaster lists the T600 Flex across:

  • Tents and shelters: tents, shelters and clear-span structures.
  • Covers and tarpaulins: tarpaulins, covers and pool covers.
  • Curtains and doors: agricultural and truck side curtains, and roller doors.
  • Inflatables and containment: inflatables, pools and containment booms.
  • Specialist: evacuation slides, athletic mats, mattresses and aerospace technical fabric.

Why source the T600 Flex through Magnum Resources

Magnum Resources is Miller Weldmaster's authorised India partner, working directly with the US factory. We agree the seam configuration, guides and power supply with the factory first, then bring the T600 Flex in through import and customs. Our engineers install it and train your team on the recipe system, and nozzles, wedges and service then come back to us rather than overseas.

If you are evaluating a wide hot air welding machine for tents, covers, curtains or inflatables in India, talk to our engineers about your fabric width, material and seam types. We will give you accurate specs, an honest lead time and a configured quotation.

What this machine saves you

The numbers Indian manufacturers use to justify the CAPEX internally.

Up to 30 m/min

Welding Speed

Welds continuous seams at up to 30 m/min with hot air or hot wedge, so the long seams on wide tents, covers and curtains close quickly across a full shift.

2.03 m

Wide Throat

A 2.03 m throat, about double a standard bench, welds wide panels in a single pass instead of splitting them into narrow sections and joining them.

680 kg

Solid-Steel Build

A 680 kg solid-steel frame built for multiple-shift production, so it holds up to continuous wide-fabric work rather than light, occasional runs.

FAQs

Questions Indian buyers ask us

Real questions from our last 50 enquiries, answered upfront.

It suits fabricators who weld wide coated fabric in volume: large tent and shelter makers, big cover and tarpaulin producers, wide curtain and roller-door makers, and inflatable and containment-boom fabricators. If your fabric is wide and your runs are long, this is the welder for the job.

It welds with hot air, hot wedge, or both, at up to 30 m/min with a seam width of 10 to 50 mm. It is not a radio-frequency machine; for RF welds of PVC, PU and TPU, see the Miller Weldmaster RFlex and RFlex Travel.

The throat is 2.03 m (79.9") wide, about double the 1 m throat on the T300 Flex, so wide panels go through in a single pass instead of being split into narrow sections and joined. Inboard and outboard fabric pullers move that wide material through cleanly.

They share the same hot air and hot wedge method, the same speed of up to 30 m/min, and the same hot-air and hot-wedge temperatures. The T600 is the bigger machine: a 2.03 m throat (against 1 m), a 680 kg solid-steel frame built for multiple-shift production (against 433 kg), dual arms, inboard and outboard fabric pullers, and 14 seam configurations.

The T600 Flex is the wide hot air and hot wedge bench. The 112 Extreme is a large-format automated table with a vacuum bed and a traversing head. The RFlex and RFlex Travel use radio frequency for sealed welds, and the Triad Extreme is a portable hot-wedge unit. We help you match the machine to your fabric and seam.

It welds coated thermoplastic fabric, including PVC, vinyl, acrylic, polyurethane and technical textiles, which is the standard range for hot air and hot wedge welding. It makes 14 seam configurations, from butt and overlap to hem, keder and extrusion beading, with quick-change guides.

Price depends on the seam configuration, guides and power supply, so we quote each project individually. Typical lead time is around 12 to 16 weeks including manufacture, freight and customs, after which Magnum coordinates installation and operator training in India.

Magnum is the authorised India partner for Miller Weldmaster. We settle the configuration with the factory, manage freight and customs, coordinate installation and start-up with OEM-backed engineers, train your operators on the recipe system, and supply genuine nozzles, wedges and wear parts to order. You keep one point of contact throughout.
