What the T300 Edge does
The Miller Weldmaster T300 Edge is a banner welding machine built for one job done well: finishing the edges of banners and signs. It welds hems, pole pockets, rope hems, keder and SEG webbing along a printed edge using hot air at 730°C, hot wedge at 450°C, or both, at speeds up to 30 m/min. It will hem a 4 by 6 banner in under a minute, and a touch screen with 25 recipes recalls the right settings for each edge type.

Built for print and signage shops
The T300 Edge is for large-format print shops, banner and display manufacturers, soft-signage and SEG fabric makers, and awning and shade finishers. These shops print the graphic, then need the edge finished so it can hang: a hem for strength, a pole pocket or rope hem for mounting, or an SEG keder edge for a tension frame.
