About this machine
What the T300 Edge does
The Miller Weldmaster T300 Edge is a banner welding machine built for one job done well: finishing the edges of banners and signs. It welds hems, pole pockets, rope hems, keder and SEG webbing along a printed edge using hot air at 730°C, hot wedge at 450°C, or both, at speeds up to 30 m/min. It will hem a 4 by 6 banner in under a minute, and a touch screen with 25 recipes recalls the right settings for each edge type.
Search terms vary, the machine does not. People looking for a banner welding machine or a banner finishing machine end up here, and so do those typing banner hemming machine, sign welding machine, keder welding machine or SEG fabric welder. They all describe the T300 Edge.
Built for print and signage shops
The T300 Edge is for large-format print shops, banner and display manufacturers, soft-signage and SEG fabric makers, and awning and shade finishers. These shops print the graphic, then need the edge finished so it can hang: a hem for strength, a pole pocket or rope hem for mounting, or an SEG keder edge for a tension frame. The Edge does all of that by welding, which is faster and cleaner than a sewing line and leaves a waterproof edge with no needle holes.
Dual arms set up straight seams, head adjustments are quick and repeatable, and the whole machine runs from a single-phase supply at about 6 kW, so it fits a print shop without special power.
Welded edges vs sewn or taped hems
A sewn banner hem relies on thread and leaves a line of needle holes, which is exactly where an outdoor banner tears under wind load. Taped hems peel in sun and rain. A welded hem fuses the material into one piece, so it is stronger, fully waterproof and faster to make. The T300 Edge is the edge-finishing member of the T300 family: where the T300 Flex welds general seams across a product, the Edge is set up for banner and sign edges, hems, pockets and SEG webbing, and our team will point you to the right one.
- Stronger edge: a welded hem holds under wind load where a stitched line tears.
- Waterproof: no needle holes along the edge, so the hem does not leak or wick.
- Fast: a 4 by 6 banner hemmed in under a minute, at up to 30 m/min.
- Frame-ready: forms keder and SEG edges that drop into tension frames.
- Right tool: the Edge for banner and sign finishing, the T300 Flex for general seams.
Industries that use the T300 Edge
Any shop that finishes printed fabric is a fit. Miller Weldmaster lists the T300 Edge across:
- Banners and signs: outdoor banners, hoardings and large-format signage.
- Soft signage and SEG: fabric graphics for tension frames and displays.
- Awnings and shade: awning, canopy and shade-sail edges.
- Tents, shelters and structures: edge finishing on event and shelter fabric.
- Covers and screens: tarps, agricultural covers, pond liners and screens.
- Specialist: inflatables, greenhouse covers and aerospace technical fabric.
Why source the T300 Edge through Magnum Resources
Magnum Resources is the authorised India partner for Miller Weldmaster, the US fabric-welding specialist. The Edge pays off on banner volume, so we work out the seam types and the hot air or hot wedge choice with the factory around what your shop actually prints. We bring it in, clear customs, install it and train your team on the recipe system. Nozzles, wedges and service then run through us, not an overseas desk.
If you are looking at a banner welding machine or an edge finisher for a print, signage or display operation in India, tell our engineers what edges you run, the fabric you print on and the volume you handle. We will come back with real specs, a lead time we can hold to, and a quotation built around your work.

The numbers Indian manufacturers use to justify the CAPEX internally.
Per 4×6 Banner
It hems a 4 by 6 banner in under a minute at up to 30 m/min, so a print shop turns large-format jobs around far faster than sewing or taping edges by hand.
Hems, Not Sewn
Welded hems, pockets and rope edges hold stronger than stitched ones and stay waterproof, with no needle holes along a banner edge that takes wind load outdoors.
Keder & Webbing Edges
It forms keder, SEG and hook-and-loop edges, so finished graphics drop straight into tension frames and sign systems, ready to hang without extra finishing.

Questions Indian buyers ask us
Real questions from our last 50 enquiries, answered upfront.
It suits shops that finish printed fabric: large-format print shops, banner and display manufacturers, soft-signage and SEG fabric makers, and awning and shade finishers. It welds the edge of the graphic, hems, pockets and SEG webbing, rather than welding general seams across a product.
It welds hems, hems with a pocket, hems with a rope, fin prayer and fold-overlap joins, extrusion beading, hook-and-loop webbing and Webbing-SEG (keder). A touch screen with 25 recipes recalls the settings for each edge type.
A sewn hem relies on thread and leaves needle holes, which is where outdoor banners tear under wind load, and taped hems peel in sun and rain. A welded hem fuses the material into one piece, so it is stronger, fully waterproof and faster to make.
It welds at up to 30 m/min and will hem a 4 by 6 banner in under a minute, far quicker than a sewing line. The 25-recipe memory keeps changeovers between edge types short.
Both share the same chassis and dual-method welding. The T300 Edge is set up for banner and sign edge finishing, hems, pockets and SEG webbing, while the T300 Flex is the general seam welder with a wider seam range. We help you pick based on your work.
It runs on 208-240V single-phase at 25A or 380-400V single-phase at 16A, draws about 6 kW, and needs compressed air at 100 psi and 2 cfm. It fits a print shop without a special three-phase supply.
Price depends on the seam configuration and whether you take hot air, hot wedge or both, so we quote each project individually. Typical lead time is around 12 to 16 weeks including manufacture, freight and customs, after which Magnum coordinates installation and operator training in India.
Magnum is the authorised India partner for Miller Weldmaster. We source the machine from the factory, manage freight and customs, coordinate installation and start-up with OEM-backed engineers, train your operators on the recipe system, and supply genuine nozzles, wedges and wear parts to order.
