Miller Weldmaster RFlex Travel Large-Format RF Welding Machine
Weld PVC, PU and TPU into strong, airtight seams across products up to 100 m long, on a sectioned 10 m table with a traveling RF head, a 17 kW generator and 100 saved recipes. The Miller Weldmaster RFlex Travel is built in the USA, supplied, installed and supported across India by Magnum Resources.
About this machine
What the RFlex Travel welds
The Miller Weldmaster RFlex Travel is a large-format radio-frequency welding machine. RF energy heats the weld zone from within the material, so two layers of PVC, PU, TPU, reinforced technical textile or film fuse into a single airtight seam that is stronger than stitching and has no needle holes to leak. It runs a 17 kW generator, welds on a sectioned table up to 10.6 m long, and handles material up to 100 m, so long products weld in continuous passes.
Buyers know this machine by many names. The RFlex Travel answers searches for a radio-frequency welding machine, a high-frequency or HF welder, a large-format RF welding machine, a dielectric welder and a PVC, banner or tarpaulin RF welder. If you searched for any of those, this is the machine that does the work.
Built for long and large-format products
This is the large-format member of the Miller Weldmaster RF range. Where the standard RFlex bench welds shorter products at a fixed station, the Travel puts an RF head on a long, sectioned table so the weld runs the length of a billboard, a tarpaulin or a tension-structure panel. A 100-recipe memory holds settings for repeat work, LED illumination and laser guides keep the seam lined up, and manual, semi-automatic and automatic modes match the run length. The QuickGRIP die change, SafeDOWN anti-crush motion and FREEWeld option are all here too.
It suits fabricators who make big or long RF-welded products: billboard and wide-format banner makers, big-top tent and tension-structure builders, inflatable and flexible-tank fabricators, and large tarpaulin and conveyor-belt producers.
Large-format RF table vs the bench RFlex and the hot-air machines
Miller Weldmaster builds several welders, and they do different jobs. The RFlex Travel is the large-format RF welder with the long traveling table for big and long products. The standard RFlex is a compact RF bench for shorter work. The 112 Extreme is a large-format hot-air table, and the T300 Flex, KederMax and Triad weld with hot air or hot wedge rather than RF. If your products are long and need a sealed RF weld, the RFlex Travel is the right tool, and our engineers will help you confirm it.
- Large-format RF: a sectioned table up to 10.6 m and material handling up to 100 m.
- Sealed seams: RF welds PVC, PU, TPU and film airtight, with no needle holes.
- Repeatable: 100 weld recipes, LED and laser guides, three operating modes.
- Safe and efficient: a 17 kW auto-tuning generator, SafeDOWN motion and RF emission protection.
- Right tool: Travel for long RF products; bench RFlex for shorter; 112 for hot air; T300 for seams.
Industries that use the RFlex Travel
Any operation that makes long or large RF-welded products is a fit. Miller Weldmaster lists the RFlex Travel across:
- Signage: billboards, banners and large signs.
- Tents and structures: tents, clear-span buildings, shelters, pergolas and shade or tension structures.
- Inflatables and tanks: inflatables, flexible storage tanks and bladders, and containment booms.
- Covers and curtains: tarpaulins and covers, truck side curtains, agricultural and gymnasium curtains, pool covers and roller doors.
- Industrial and specialist: conveyor belts, evacuation slides, athletic mats, screens and aerospace technical fabric.
Why source the RFlex Travel through Magnum Resources
Magnum Resources is Miller Weldmaster's authorised India partner, working directly with the US factory. The RFlex Travel is a large machine configured for your products, so we agree the table length, electrodes and dies with the factory first. We bring it in, clear customs, set it up on your floor and train your team on the recipe system. Electrodes, dies and service then come back to us rather than overseas.
If you are evaluating a large-format RF welding machine for billboards, tents, inflatables or large tarpaulins in India, talk to our engineers about your material, product length and seam. We will give you accurate specs, an honest lead time and a configured quotation.
Who the RFlex Travel is built for in India
A large-format radio-frequency welder that fuses coated fabric and film into strong, airtight seams along long products, whether you make billboards, big tents, inflatables or large tarpaulins. Find where you fit below.
Billboard & Wide-Format Banner Makers
Weld long billboard and wide-format banner panels with sealed RF hems and pockets, in continuous passes on the long table.
Big-Top Tent & Tensile Structure Builders
Weld big-top tent and tension-structure panels into strong, airtight RF seams sized for large spans.
Inflatable & Flexible Tank Fabricators
Make inflatables, flexible storage tanks and containment booms with airtight RF welds that hold pressure without leaks.
Large Tarpaulin & Conveyor Belt Welders
Weld large tarpaulins, truck curtains and conveyor belts along their full length with repeatable RF seams.

The numbers Indian manufacturers use to justify the CAPEX internally.
Material Length
A sectioned 10 m table handles material up to 100 m, so long billboards, banners and tarpaulins weld in continuous passes instead of short, joined sections.
Saved Weld Recipes
A 100-recipe memory means repeat jobs run to the same settings, so weld quality does not depend on the operator remembering parameters between shifts.
Welds, Not Sews
Radio-frequency welding fuses PVC, PU and TPU into a seam that is stronger and more airtight than stitching, with no needle holes to leak or let air out.

Questions Indian buyers ask us

It is a large-format radio-frequency welder. Where the standard RFlex is a compact bench for shorter products, the Travel puts a traveling RF head on a long, sectioned table up to 10.6 m that handles material up to 100 m, so long products weld in continuous passes. Both use the same 17 kW RF generator family.
Radio frequency, also called high frequency or HF. RF energy heats the weld zone from within the material, fusing PVC, PU, TPU, reinforced technical textiles and film into a single airtight seam. It is not a hot-air or hot-wedge machine; for those, see the T300 Flex, 112 Extreme and Triad Extreme.
The work table is sectioned and runs up to 10.6 m (standard 10 m, in 0.8 m sections), and it handles material lengths up to 100 m. That is what makes it suited to long billboards, banners, tarpaulins and tension-structure panels rather than short bench work.
PVC, PU, TPU, reinforced technical textiles and film. RF welding works on these dielectric materials, fusing them airtight, which is why it is the method of choice for inflatables, flexible tanks and sealed covers.
No. Miller Weldmaster does not publish a welding speed, RF frequency or machine weight for this model, so we do not quote one here. If you need any of those figures for planning, we confirm them directly with the factory for your configuration rather than estimating.
