About this machine

What the RFlex Press makes

The Miller Weldmaster RFlex Press is a compact precision RF welding press. An electrode presses down onto a die and radio-frequency energy heats the weld zone from within the material, so a defined shape, a line, a spot or a curve fuses into a sealed weld. It runs a 4 kW generator, welds PVC, PET, PU, TPU, TPO and PLA, and uses custom 2D and 3D dies to make the exact weld shape your part needs.

Buyers know this machine by many names. The RFlex Press answers searches for an RF welding press, a high-frequency or HF welding machine, a precision RF welder, a die welding machine and an RF welder for blood bags or inflatable parts. If you searched for any of those, this is the machine that does the work.

Built for small, precise, shaped welds

This is the smallest machine in the Miller Weldmaster RF line, built for precision rather than long seams. A pneumatic foot pedal frees both hands to place the part, a StrokeDOWN crank-knob sets the electrode height, LED lighting shows the weld, and custom 2D and 3D dies put the weld exactly where the part needs it. A 7-inch touch screen and a programmable PLC store 100 recipes, and a solid-state arc limiter keeps welds clean. It fits a bench or a small work cell at 300 kg.

It suits makers of small, sealed or shaped RF-welded parts: medical bag and device makers, inflatable boat and raft fabricators, protective and safety gear makers, automotive trim suppliers, and prototype, embossing and branding work.

The compact Press vs the bench RFlex and the RFlex Travel

Miller Weldmaster builds three RF welders, and they do different jobs. The RFlex Press is the small, precise, die-based press for shaped welds and parts. The standard RFlex is a larger bench for general seam welding. The RFlex Travel adds a long traveling table for big and long products. If your work is small, shaped or sealed parts rather than long seams, the Press is the right tool, and our engineers will help you confirm it.

  • Precision welds: line, spot and curve welds with custom 2D and 3D dies.
  • Compact: the smallest machine in the RF line, 300 kg, bench or cell sized.
  • Wide material range: PVC, PET, PU, TPU, TPO and PLA.
  • Hands-free placement: pneumatic foot operation and a clear, lit work area.
  • Right tool: Press for shaped parts; bench RFlex for general seams; Travel for long products.

Industries that use the RFlex Press

Any operation that welds small, shaped or sealed parts in RF-weldable material is a fit. Miller Weldmaster lists the RFlex Press across:

  • Medical: blood, fluid and medical bags and devices.
  • Inflatables: inflatable boat and raft handles, valves and D-rings.
  • Protective gear: protective and emergency-response gear.
  • Automotive: automotive interior and trim components.
  • Packaging and branding: packaging, embossing, branding dies and prototype work.
  • Structures: detail and reinforcement welds for tents, covers and tension structures.

Why source the RFlex Press through Magnum Resources

Magnum Resources is Miller Weldmaster's authorised India partner, working directly with the US factory. The dies are what make the Press work for your part, so we agree the die shapes, electrodes and material with the factory first. We bring it in, clear customs, set it up on your bench and train your team on the dies and recipe system. Dies, electrodes and service then come back to us rather than overseas.

If you are evaluating a precision RF welding press for medical bags, inflatable parts, protective gear or branded welds in India, talk to our engineers about your part, material and weld shape. We will give you accurate specs, an honest lead time and a configured quotation.

What this machine saves you

The numbers Indian manufacturers use to justify the CAPEX internally.

2D & 3D

Custom Weld Dies

Custom 2D and 3D dies make precise line, spot and curve welds, so you can weld defined shapes, handles, valves and branding rather than only straight seams.

300 kg

Compact Footprint

The smallest machine in the Miller Weldmaster RF line at 300 kg, it fits a bench or a small work cell, so precision RF welding does not need a large floor area.

RF

Sealed Welds

Radio-frequency welding fuses PVC, PU, TPU and PET into sealed, airtight welds, which is why it suits medical bags, inflatable parts and protective gear.

FAQs

Questions Indian buyers ask us

Real questions from our last 50 enquiries, answered upfront.

It is the smallest, most precise RF welder in the range: a die-based press for shaped line, spot and curve welds on parts, rather than long seams. The standard RFlex is a larger bench for general seam welding, and the RFlex Travel adds a long traveling table for big products. At 4 kW and 300 kg, the Press is built for precision and a small footprint.

Radio frequency, also called high frequency or HF. An electrode presses down onto a die and RF energy heats the weld zone from within the material, fusing it into a sealed weld. It is not a hot-air or hot-wedge machine; for those, see the T300 Flex, T600 Flex and Triad Extreme.

It makes precise line, spot and curve welds, and custom 2D and 3D dies let it weld defined shapes such as inflatable handles and valves, sealed bag corners, reinforcement patches and embossed branding. Standard seam types like butt, overlap, hem and tube are available too.

PVC, PET, PU, TPU, TPO and PLA, plus reinforced technical textiles. That material range, including PET and PLA, is wider than many RF welders and is part of why it suits medical and packaging work.

Medical bag and device makers (blood and fluid bags), inflatable boat and raft fabricators (handles, valves and D-rings), protective and safety gear makers, automotive trim suppliers, and packaging, embossing, branding and prototype work. Any small, shaped or sealed RF-welded part is a fit.

It is the smallest machine in the RF line: 0.72 m wide, 1.3 m long and 1.75 m high, at 300 kg, so it fits a bench or a small work cell. It runs on 220V three-phase at 30A (about 6 kW consumption, 4 kW RF output) with 1 cfm of compressed air at 90 psi.

Price depends on the dies, electrodes and options, so we quote each project individually. Typical lead time is around 12 to 16 weeks including manufacture, freight and customs, after which Magnum coordinates installation and operator training in India.

Magnum is the authorised India partner for Miller Weldmaster. We agree the die shapes, electrodes and material with the factory, manage freight and customs, coordinate installation and start-up with OEM-backed engineers, train your operators on the dies and recipe system, and supply genuine dies, electrodes and wear parts to order. You keep one point of contact throughout.
